From the start of your professional life...
In 2004 I graduated in chemistry with a focus on computer science and bio-sensors. I then started as an innovation manager in a patent agency. In the same year 2004 these things happened:
At the same time, I founded a startup for knowledge management. I developed a modern PC application that was ten years more advanced than other applications at the time. The app was very successful and I used it myself for many years. However, at that time I lacked the experience and support to develop a new market for the app. At that time I gave the software the nickname “Digital Thought Amplifier”. With her I was able to write down my thoughts and ideas as I thought of them in her network.
some waypoints...
I started at Testo AG in 2006. There I set up a department for patents and trademarks. Structures for the further development of technologies and ideas have also been expanded. As "Hans Dampf", I was able to participate in a wide variety of structural developments, such as the product development process, project management office, patent office, transformations in the development environment. As a result, I headed a technology strategy department for patent, technology, process and project management.
The multidimensional work brought me to limits in terms of content and capacity, which led me to switch to a part-time model in 2014 and, with deep conviction, found a balance in modern monasticism in the Freiburg prayer house, a non-denominational Christian movement. So I lived part-time "Ora et Labora" in the house of prayer and senior consulting in project and requirements management.
I got to know the founders of JobRad while searching for space in the growing prayer house and found my way to JobRad part-time to set up a PMO there and work as an organizational developer. My passion for digital structures and software development, coupled with experience in organizational development, led to my appointment to the management of JobRad GmbH in 2020.
to the personal
I am an open-minded and adventurous person. I like to think in a networked way and am not afraid of complexity, but rather find it fascinating and worth considering. We are a fun family made up of passionate parents, three growing children, a dog and a tomcat.
Every day is a new beginning for me and I have never been bored. I have a basic trust in a prepared future, the image of which we cannot grasp and penetrate today, but which we can still make progress towards this very future every day.
